Are there refunds or can I reschedule?
There are no refunds, but you are welcome to reschedule. You can also gift a session to someone else if you feel called to do this. Please make sure they are open to this connection and guidance. You must reach out in advance to reschedule. I do understand that emergencies happen, and this is okay. Just communicate what is happening and there will be flexibility on rescheduling.
No Show Policy
If you do not show up to your appointment without notice, you will not be allowed to reschedule and there will be no refund.
