What is Reiki?

The History of Reiki
Reiki was founded by Mikao Usui in the early 1900s. Following a profound spiritual experience, Usui developed a method for harnessing and sharing universal healing energy. His teachings were passed down and eventually brought to the West, where Reiki now continues to grow as a global healing practice.
