What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese hands-on healing technique that was created by Mikao Usui in 1922. This tradition has been carried on through generations and taught all over the world. This can bring relief to the mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and energetic body.
What happens in this class?
In this live class, Melanie Aguirre guides you through everything you need to know about the introduction to Usui Reiki, the beginning practice and how to use Reiki in your daily life. This gives you the beginning skills you need to learn more about energy and how to give Reiki healing sessions to yourself and others.
You will be given course materials at the beginning of this class.
You will receive a Level 1 Reiki Attunement.
This ‘attunement’ opens and activates you to higher vibrations and frequencies. You will notice a heightened connection to oneself and to universal energies.
The length of this class can vary from 6-8 hours.
Melanie Aguirre will make sure you are comfortable with the practice. Support and guidance are key and making sure that you understand and feel comfortable with the information, material and practice is important. There is no rush in this process.
