By accessing or using our online education platform, you (“Student,” “Teacher,” “User,” or “Participant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering, purchasing classes, or submitting content as an educator.

1. Purpose of the Academy

The Quantum Disclosure Project Academy provides educational content focused on ancient knowledge, sacred wisdom, metaphysical teachings, spiritual insights, lost or rediscovered information, and other fields we believe hold value for personal growth, healing, and self-discovery. The Academy is open to all individuals who wish to learn or teach within our community.

2. Eligibility

Anyone may join the Academy as a Student or Teacher. By participating in our platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.
  • You agree to use the platform for lawful, respectful, and educational purposes only.

3. Nature of Educational Content

All classes, courses, videos, workshops, and materials offered through the Academy are educational in nature.

  • Content reflects the perspectives, insights, and teachings of each individual instructor.
  • Material may include metaphysical, spiritual, ancient, intuitive, or esoteric knowledge.
  • Information provided is not intended to replace professional medical, legal, financial, mental health, or therapeutic advice.
  • Students are responsible for their own interpretation and application of the information.

4. Student Participation

Students may:

  • Enroll in any available class or course.
  • Complete coursework at their own pace.
  • Access pre-recorded lessons and materials at any time unless otherwise specified.

Some live classes may be offered. All live sessions will be recorded and made available for replay at a later time.

5. Teacher Participation

Individuals who wish to contribute as Teachers may apply to share their knowledge, skills, or unique perspectives.
By becoming a Teacher, you agree that:

  • All content you submit is your original material or used with proper permission.
  • You allow the Academy to host, display, distribute, and archive your materials for student access.
  • You will receive a percentage of revenue from purchased classes or courses you create.
  • Payment percentages, schedules, and teacher agreements will be provided separately upon acceptance.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your teachings comply with general community guidelines and respect all users.

6. Ownership and Use of Content

All teaching materials, videos, documents, and intellectual property remain the property of the original Teacher. However:

  • By uploading or submitting material, Teachers grant the Academy a license to host, use, market, and sell the class content through our platform.
  • Students may access purchased content for personal use only.
  • Redistribution, re-uploading, copying, or sharing class materials outside the Academy is strictly prohibited.

7. Payments and Refund Policy

All class purchases are final.
There are no refunds for any digital class, workshop, or course offered through the Academy.

One courtesy class exchange may be offered under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
  • The replacement class is the same price or of equivalent value.
  • Only one exchange is permitted per Student account.

Teacher payouts are issued based on the agreed percentage of each purchased class.

8. Live Class Recordings

Students and Teachers acknowledge and agree that:

  • All live classes or events may be recorded.
  • Recordings may be shared with current and future students.
  • Participation in live sessions constitutes consent to appear in recorded material (audio or video), unless you choose not to participate on camera or microphone.

9. Conduct and Community Guidelines

Users agree to maintain a respectful, supportive environment. This includes:

  • No harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or disruptive behavior.
  • No sharing of personal information of others without consent.
  • No uploading harmful, inappropriate, or illegal content.
    Violation of guidelines may result in account suspension or removal from the Academy without refund.

10. Platform Access and Technical Issues

We strive to maintain reliable access to the Academy; however:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or access.
  • The Academy is not responsible for technical issues related to users’ devices, internet connection, or software.
  • If you are seeking issues with any content material, attempt to restart your computer or device, and attempt to solve the issue on your end first. 11. Disclaimer of Liability

The Academy, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for:

2. TEACHER AGREEMENT / INSTRUCTOR CONTRACT

Quantum Disclosure Project Academy – Teacher Agreement

This Agreement outlines the responsibilities, rights, and expectations between the Quantum Disclosure Project Academy (“Academy”) and the Teacher (“Instructor,” “Educator,” “Contributor”).

By submitting content, you agree to the terms below.

1. Role of the Teacher

Teachers contribute educational content, including:

  • Pre-recorded classes
  • Written materials
  • Live recorded classes
  • Workshops or presentations

Teachings may include spiritual, metaphysical, ancient, sacred, or esoteric knowledge.

2. Ownership of Content

  • Teacher retains full ownership of their original intellectual property.
  • By submitting, Teacher grants the Academy a non-exclusive license to host, display, publish, and sell the content on the platform.
  • Teacher may not upload copyrighted material without permission and acknowledgement.

3. Compensation

Teachers will receive a pre-determined percentage of each sale of their course or class.

  • Payment schedule will be communicated individually.
  • Teachers must provide accurate payment information.
  • Payouts are based on completed transactions only.

4. Conduct and Professionalism

Teachers agree to:

  • Provide respectful, ethical, and honest content
  • Avoid hateful, harmful, or discriminatory language
  • Respect students’ privacy
  • Not offer medical, legal, or financial advice disguised as professional services

5. Live Class Consent

Teachers acknowledge that live classes:

  • May be recorded
  • May be distributed to current and future students

6. Removal of Content

The Academy reserves the right to:

  • Terminate teacher access at any time for misconduct

7. Liability

Teacher understands that:

8. Agreement Duration

This agreement remains in effect as long as:

  • The teacher has active content on the platform
  • Or until either party requests removal

3. LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Quantum Disclosure Project Academy – Liability Waiver

By participating in the Academy, you (“Student” or “Teacher”) agree to the following:

1. Acknowledgment of Educational Purpose

You understand that all information provided through the Academy is:

  • Educational
  • Spiritual or metaphysical in nature
  • Based on ancient knowledge, sacred insights, and teacher perspectives

It is not a replacement for professional:

  • Medical advice
  • Psychological treatment
  • Legal guidance
  • Financial consultation

2. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own actions and interpretations
  • You participate at your own discretion
  • You are mentally, emotionally, and physically capable of engaging with the material
  • You are welcome to stop the course or class material any time that you see fit for yourself.

3. No Guarantees

The Academy does not guarantee:

  • Specific outcomes
  • Healing or Medical Diagnosis
  • Financial gain
  • Personal transformation
  • Accuracy of ancient or esoteric information

All results vary by individual.

4. Waiver of Claims

You release the Academy, its owners, teachers, contributors, and affiliates from all liability regarding:

  • Misinterpretation of teachings
  • Perceived benefits or lack thereof
  • Personal decisions influenced by course material
  • Technical issues or interruptions

5. Recording Consent

By attending live classes, you consent to:

  • Being recorded
  • Having recordings shared with students
  • Your audio/video image appearing in educational content

6. Non-Refund Policy

You acknowledge:

  • No refunds are available
  • One exchange may be requested for a class of equal value within 7 days of purchase.

No refunds will be issued for accounts removed due to misconduct.
